Under his leadership, Sophia’s Mission has become a beacon of hope, advocating for empowerment, accessibility, and dignity in the workplace.

Father Zachary is also the visionary behind NEWHD Media, an innovative radio and media network that champions diverse voices in broadcasting. NEWHD provides employment and training opportunities for people with disabilities and those from underserved communities, merging entertainment with social impact.

With over 20 years of experience as a business visionary, Lee Tyrol has a proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on untapped market opportunities, particularly with Native American Tribes. A leader in economic development, he has successfully designed and executed master plans for Tribal Nations, covering resorts, gaming, real estate, media, healthcare, education, financial services, security, and alternative energy.

Lee Tyrol has played a pivotal role in negotiating legal frameworks, securing investors, and building strategic partnerships to bring tribal projects to life. His expertise includes writing business plans, financial modeling, and operational management. He has also pioneered marketing strategies, licensing agreements, and media campaigns to maximize growth.

A key figure in Native American gaming, he was instrumental in developing Mohegan Sun Casino, one of the largest casinos in the world. With extensive experience in federal and tribal partnerships, he continues to drive economic empowerment for Native American communities across the U.S. and beyond.

Scot Apathy

Scot Apathy

Scot Apathy is a veteran of Internet Entertainment, and was the first Web Jock for CBS Radio at New Rock 98.5 KOME in the Silicon Valley just as the Internet took off. From there, he was involved in creating Web content and platforms for Pitbull, Alphonso Johnson and The Black Eyed Peas, which led to Universal Music’s Dipdive social platform and the release of Obama’s ‘Yes We Can’ video for will.i.am.

Apathy hosts  “Z-GR! Radio” on NEWHD, broadcasting on NEWHD Los Angeles on Fridays at 7PM PST and again on NEWHD New York on Saturdays at 9PM EST. His hour-long show spotlights Worldwide emerging talent, and while leaning into electronic rock, synthwave and retrowave, Apathy asserts that “there are no genre limitations – the qualification for inclusion is that the tracks sound awesome. I have no doubt that you’ll find a new favorite artist during each show.”

Apathy is the lead vocalist and half of Silicon Valley’s Zero-G Racetrack, who have released multiple singles on Royale Music, including a powerhouse electro-rock version of Lady Gaga’s ‘Bad Romance’ and ‘I Think You’re Beautiful’ a Retro-Synth Pop anthem that is generating excitement worldwide. Zero-G Racetrack’s entire library is available on all major streaming services, with their debut album set for a mid-2024 release.

Additionally, Chuck has worked with RFC Media and SnoCountry, contributing to the evolution of branded content and innovative media solutions.
